"Did you write this all yourself" Is the BEST compliment to receive. Along with that I also get asked what my creative process is like and honestly, I only kind of know? It never seems to follow the same flow. However, one thing that is consistent is that occasionally entire songs will just POP into my head. It feels as though they fly through the air, into my ears and then my head. This has happened to me in the grocery store, at work behind the register, driving down 95, in restaurants. Every time it happens I drop everything I'm doing and go to where I can quickly jot It down before I forget it all. I'm sure I look crazy but I've forgotten too many good lyrics by getting distracted to care anymore.
